Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all our detailing services
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 7 days of service completion
We will re-do the service or address specific concerns at no additional cost
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
Service was not performed as described or agreed upon
Significant quality issues that cannot be corrected
Service cancellation with adequate notice (see Cancellation Policy)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
Services that have been fully completed to specification
Deposits for appointments cancelled without proper notice
Product costs for specialty coatings that have been applied
Custom orders or special request services
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of your service
Explain the issue and provide any supporting photos
We will review your request within 2 business days
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment
Deposits are typically 25-50% of the total service cost
Deposits are refundable if cancelled with 48+ hours notice
Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations
